Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
You should only leave the house for very limited purposes:
Important - These reasons are exceptions – even when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.
There is separate advice about staying at home if:
Do not leave your home if you have either:
To protect others, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay at home.
Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
Important - Call 111 for advice if you're worried about a baby or child.
If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.
Do not delay getting help if you're worried. Trust your instincts.
Use the quick NHS coronavirus status checker to tell us about your current experience of the virus.
This will help the NHS plan its response to coronavirus by showing where the virus is spreading and how it affects people.
Named GP - All Patients, including children have been allocated a named, accountable GP. This may be different from the GP you normally see but overall responsibility for patient care has not changed. This is largely a role of oversight, with the requirements being introduced to reassure patients that they have one GP within the practice who is responsible for ensuring that this work is carried out on their behalf.
Booking Appointments on line.....Please only book routine appointments on line. If you need a specialist clinic appointment, such as a coil or implant fitting/removal please telephone the surgery to book as they are carried out by specific doctors and command a longer appointment time. If you are unsure please telephone the surgery and speak to a receptionist who can advise you accordingly and signpost you to the correct clinician and appointment time. We thank you for your co-operation.

PPG Meeting minutes - 14th January 2020
As your GP practice, we are planning to have greater involvement with our patients to give you and your family an opportunity to help develop your practice and set up a patient panel.
The practice is also a member of Leeds South & East Clinical Commisioning Group which is an NHS organisation made up of local GPs who are responsible for planning health services for people across East and South Leeds. Leodis is also setting up a patient panel to involve people in planning local health services.
For both groups we would like local people to share their ideas and opinions. This could be done through occasionally responding to surveys, questionnaires, by taking part in a discussion group every now and again or by joining a patient group which meets every few months or taking part in an online group. If you are under 30yrs and/or have young children the Practice Group needs you, as this age group is under represented within our Group.
We also require a person to take the minutes at our meetings and if this is of interest to you please let our reception team have your details and we will pass them on to the Chair of the Group.
If you’d like to take part, please fill in your details below and we will send you more information and ask about what areas of health you’re interested in to make sure that we only involve you in areas that interest you.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
