Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please always telephone your normal surgery number and your call will be diverted to the Out of Hours service.  Out of hours care is provided by West Yorkshire Urgent Care and Local Care Direct 

NHS 111 – when its less urgent than a 999

If you need urgent care out of hours please call 111, calls to 111 are free from landline and mobile phones.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
