PATCHS online consultation

Patchs online consultation will not be available On Monday 25th-Friday 29th December. Please note due to demand we are only able to accept clinically urgent requests on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December. Routine, administrative and non urgent issues will be dealt with from Tuesday 2nd January in the usual way when Patchs online consultations will once again be available. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please remember the surgery is closed on the 25th, 26th of December and the 1st of January. If you need any care on these dates, please contact 111 for non-emergencies and 999 for any emergencies.
